Job Specifics:
This will be a full-time, salary/commission position with benefits. We are looking for a professional with new business ability and experience.
Desired Skills:
- Proven Business Development experience in the Marketing/Advertising Communication field
- Track record in acquiring new accounts
- Familiar with marketing communication products and services
- Self starter
- Ability to sell to a high-end clientele
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. (Experience responding to Request for Proposals a plus)
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a small company environment
- Ability to implement sales strategies
- Supports efforts to expand contacts with prospective customers, nurture existing relationships, generate business plans and proposals, and other business development needs
